Chief Executive Officer
Pete Pascuzzi has a proven track record of transforming restaurant operations to increase sales, profitability, market share, and employee retention. With over 35 years of experience, he has held executive leadership roles at Perkins & Marie Callender’s, Home Style Dining (Bonanza and Ponderosa Steakhouse), Ovation Brands (Ryan’s Steakhouse), Pasta Pomodoro, and Falcon Holdings (a leading national franchisee with over 300 restaurants under the Carl’s Jr., Hardee’s, Church’s, Long John Silver’s and Taco Bell brands).
Chief Financial Officer
For the past 30 years, Douglas Hipskind has amassed an impressive bulk of financial experience. He was formerly CFO of investment banking firm Lake Street Capital Markets and a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair of Kona Grill.
Chief People Officer
For 27 years, Nancy Cross has handled all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, training and development, talent acquisition, risk management, compensation, and benefits—encouraging and growing MRI’s most important asset.
President of Operations
With 30 years in the restaurant industry, including past roles at Kona Grill and Black Chile Mexican Grill, Greg Snodgrass brings seasoned insight to the executive team and is committed to operational excellence at every location.
