CASA OLÉ CELEBRATES 50 YEARS! Founded in 1973 by a former employee of Monterey’s Little Mexico, Casa Olé is proud to be celebrating 50 years of serving Tex Mex specialties prepared with quality and fresh ingredients each day. With restaurants throughout Texas and in Louisiana, Casa Olé is proud to have served so many wonderful guests over the past 50 years.
Founded in 1955, Monterey’s is a full-service restaurant built around traditional recipes served in a cantina atmosphere. Authentic Mexican fare, combined with value pricing, have resulted in broad-based appeal and loyal customers throughout Texas and Oklahoma.
Formerly Mission Burrito, the company was rebranded in 2014 as a departure and evolution from other fast-casual concepts. Here, guests are invited to explore an even greater diversity of flavors, including vegan options. Inspired by the San Francisco Mission District, the restaurant has established a faithful following in Houston and is positioned as an aggressive growth vehicle.
Tortuga Mexican Kitchen combines coastal-style Mexican cuisine with Caribbean and Cajun-style seafood, served alongside traditional Mexican-food favorites in a fun and friendly atmosphere. We position this concept as “Tex-Mex with a twist.”
