Success is a plate
we love to fill.
Founded in 1973 by a former employee of Monterey’s Little Mexico, Casa Olé took the traditional commissary-style Mexican restaurant and gave the concept a fresh twist. With daily preparation at each location, the chain quickly expanded throughout Texas and Louisiana, enjoying both a loyal following and some of the industry’s longest-tenured management.
Founded in 1955, Monterey’s is a full-service restaurant built around traditional recipes served in a cantina atmosphere. Authentic Mexican fare, combined with value pricing, have resulted in broad-based appeal and loyal customers throughout Texas and Oklahoma.
Formerly Mission Burrito, the company was rebranded in 2014 as a departure and evolution from other fast-casual concepts. Here, guests are invited to explore an even greater diversity of flavors, including vegan options. Inspired by the San Francisco Mission District, the restaurant has established a faithful following in Houston and is positioned as an aggressive growth vehicle.
Tortuga Mexican Kitchen combines coastal-style Mexican cuisine with Caribbean and Cajun-style seafood, served alongside traditional Mexican-food favorites in a fun and friendly atmosphere. We position this concept as “Tex-Mex with a twist.”
Located near Beaumont, Texas, this full-service restaurant is known for its Santa Fe-style Mexican food, bold colors, and relaxed atmosphere. Founded in 1986 by one of Casa Olé’s most successful franchisees, the popular hangout frequently features live music.
